Rediscover balance.
Therapy for stress & burnout in CA
Sound like you?
You are capable, responsible, and used to holding a lot, yet you feel worn down more often than not. Stress feels constant, your mind rarely slows, and rest does not feel truly restorative. You keep functioning, but it takes more effort than it used to. If this season feels harder than past ones, changes related to attention, hormones, or midlife stress may be adding to the load.
You’re allowed to slow down and speak up for what you need.
I’m here for you.
You do not need to push through this alone or convince yourself it is “not that bad.” I work with people who look fine on the outside and feel stretched thin on the inside. Therapy is a place to slow things down, get honest about what is no longer working, and start making changes that actually fit your life.
How I can help
Burnout is not a failure. It is information.
Together, we will look at how stress is showing up in your body, your thoughts, and your day-to-day life. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience into the room, which means we do not just name what is happening, we figure out what to do about it. This work often includes nervous system regulation, setting boundaries that actually stick, and untangling decision fatigue so you can think more clearly and respond rather than react. My role is to help you make sense of what your system needs and support you in creating change that feels doable and sustainable.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Therapy can help you restore balance and capacity
We will not just talk about what is hard. Together, we will look at why certain patterns keep showing up and what actually needs to shift for things to feel different. This often means slowing down enough to notice what drives your reactions, how decisions get made under pressure, and where your energy is going without much return.
Together, we will identify what keeps you stuck in familiar cycles and focus on what actually moves the needle. Therapy is a working space where we try things out, reflect on what works, and adjust as needed. You can expect thoughtful questions, honest feedback, and support in making changes that are realistic and sustainable. The goal is not perfection, but progress you can feel in your day-to-day life.
