I take a no-BS approach to therapy.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years climbing the ladder in Silicon Valley. I know what it’s like to lead teams, chase goals, manage burnout, and still feel like you’re never doing enough. I also know that awareness alone doesn’t create change. You want traction, not just talk.

That’s why therapy with me is honest, action-oriented, and focused on results you can see and feel. We’ll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical, sustainable tools to move forward. Schedule a complimentary 30-minute virtual intro session. No commitment necessary—this is just a dedicated time for you to tell me what you’re looking for and for me to share a bit more about myself and my process.

If it’s the right fit, we begin the work! We’ll dig in and start exploring your needs and goals through regular virtual sessions. Session frequency ranges from weekly to bi-weekly to monthly.

Throughout our sessions, we will make meaningful, measurable progress, iterate and refine goals tailored specifically to your needs, and celebrate your successes.
